Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

Products & Services

216 Tumblers offers UV-DTF transfers, adhesive vinyl, decals, and custom printed products. All products are produced based on customer selections and uploaded designs.

Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order products, all sales are final.

Custom Orders & Artwork

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded designs are correct, high-resolution, and print-ready.

  • We are not responsible for errors in spelling, sizing, colors, or design quality provided by the customer.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences, materials, and printing processes.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the design.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, product photos, listings, and original artwork created by 216 Tumblers remain the exclusive property of 216 Tumblers.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce our designs

  • Resell or redistribute our artwork

  • Claim our designs as your own

  • Use our images or mockups without permission

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Commercial Use

UV-DTF transfers and vinyl products may be used for finished physical products only.
You may not resell transfers, digital files, or designs as standalone items unless explicitly stated in writing.

Processing & Turnaround Time

Processing times are listed on each product page and may vary based on order volume, launches, or holidays. Turnaround times do not include shipping transit time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping

Shipping rates and policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.

Application & Use Disclaimer

216 Tumblers is not responsible for improper application, misuse, or handling of UV-DTF or vinyl products. Application results depend on surface preparation, technique, and environmental conditions.

We recommend testing transfers before full production.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 216 Tumblers shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, application failure, or production delays.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected policy abuse, intellectual property violations, or inappropriate conduct.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which 216 Tumblers operates.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
