YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMAGE QUALITY. If it is an AI image I suggest you run it through an upscaler, make sure DPI is 300 and there are no hidden pixels. I will not edit the image in any way. How you send it, is how it will print. No refunds will be given on prints due to image provided.
