Processing / Turnaround Time (TAT)

All products are made to order. Our current turnaround time is 2–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment.

Turnaround time does not include shipping transit time. During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, orders may ship toward the longer end of the stated timeframe.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Any free shipping promotions apply only when stated and to qualifying orders.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on order size and destination. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.


Shipping Delays

216 Tumblers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.


Delivered Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

  • Packages left unattended by the carrier

Please ensure a secure delivery location and retrieve packages promptly.


Returned Packages

Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will require additional postage for reshipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review and assist.


Acknowledgment

By placing an order with 216 Tumblers, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy and the stated 2–10 business day turnaround time.
